Yes but 30 October unlikely to be the end of the matter, that's simply their response deadline, the full process has the potential to be quite drawn out.
It's a shame it wasn't addressed years ago through that lengthy dilutive dormant period, instead of leaving a fly in the ointment for the outset of this run.
30 october should at least reveal the primary areas of concern and the length the company is prepared to go to adequately address those.
It would be in their best interests to go well beyond the call of duty to settle this asap.
A light or dismissive tone I'm sure would be met with intractability on the part of the dissenters and the experts they have engaged.
A little more effort applied over the past decade would have made all the difference now both in terms of shareholder dilution and return.
