I see that you're not a holder of SWF, so you can be forgiven for missing the detail in the 4C that explains the lower revenue.
"Operating revenue decreased slightly to$5.07m, down from $5.5m in Q1, primarily due to customer acquisition-led promotionalactivity in November and December offering free brokerage on ‘buys’ for Exchange TradedFunds (ETFs)."
They were offering free ETF buys, which is a large portion of trades to entice new traders. Now that the promo is over, the next 4C should have a really nice recovery in revenue.
