Is Syd.asx undervalued.

Hi guys and gals. 

the sp has laboured for a few years around this 6.50-7$ range. Even though strong results reported each reporting season. 

i know debt, bond rates and interest rates are a factor in the business. 

just putting out there for people's price target and why. 

i say we are at fair value or slightly above. Around 6.80 I think it should be at.
