It is not a great Australian innovation. VADs have been around a long time and Heartware has been around a lot longer than Ventracor.
Heartware came from the tech wreck but as I believe has been out their under development for over a decade. The patent fight will be fantastic and VCR is in for an awakening about the use of other people's ideas.
All this sir whinge stuff. How silly you sound. I'm a big shareholder in HTW and sitting on more than 10% profit on my purchase. I'm not a seller. I chose HTW because I thought VCR was quite ordinary and outdated by comparison.
