Re- NWS taking over REA, realistically, they already control the company! It is not Murdoch style to own something 100%, in fact, he sells down as much as he can, whilst still maintaining control (News Corp Dual Share structure springs to mind)
So no, NWS will not take over REA- they already own it!
Which is why I am buying NWS shares, not REA shares!
