on the basis of speculation if this stock is overvalued then so is msb.
Potential comes with a cost. both stocks are looking to bring their treatments to market - therein lies a risk they wont get approved - aswell as the chance they will.
Large Pharma are buying these companies or making deals for the chance of blockbuster potential.
In answer to your two opinions i'd say that 60cents is within the range but not if FDA grant PhIII approval or perhaps even if favourable PhIIB data arrives. IMO only ;P
