As an example Peptech was stolen from investors. However that was an inside job. PRR also has the funding. Imo a low ball bid will not work for a PRR predator.
On another point DNDN has risen 100% since it crashed yet PRR hasn't budged after the its own 'DNDN' related crash.
IMO this stagnation will not last more than another month.
