What I am not clear about is have PPR received Phase III approval by the FDA ?
If yes then it should be announced as this is a MAJOR event. If not yet , then maybe this could explain the Nascrap delay ?
i.e ( IMO only) there waiting for for either formal FDA Phase III OR Ist Paitient in Phase III in Europe ready to go and PRR wants this to be announced on Nasdaq ?
But if Phase III kicks off, your thoughts are warranted as IMO any promising Biotechs (in Phase II , Phase III or both) would be a target of Big Pharma due to extensive patent cliffs in CL2012 ,CL2013 & CL 2014.
Realistically in PRR's case - too early in my view but in the event of postive Phase IIb data (June/July 2012).......well this would change my view
