$3 might be a bit rich ATM as it equals a T/O amount of $3 billion.......even at $1.50 that's $1.5 billion.
I'd suggest (with out any good reason) that a predator would be willing to pay around $500m for the privilege of owning CVAC today (i.e. 50c ps).......
Of course 50c would suck and I'd be much happier with $1.50 or $3 per share !!
