in the event of a t/o bid I believe that MR and his management team, Dr Frazier and the associated medical teams and institutions world wide are crucial for the success of this project,not to mention the patients.In saying that for any takeover to be successful it would have to have PRR board approval.One of the considerations of the board before approval would have to be the adequate return to shareholders etc.
MR for what its worth has mentioned PRR is a $2 stock.
