The subject here is neither directors' lifestyles nor John Mair's timeline breaches (he's done pretty well in a difficult political, environmental and market environment), but about whether the company will be taken private and if so what the consequences might be for shareholders.
The main problem I see is the potential inability to sell or buy at a fair (market-driven) price.
You need to stick to relevance rather than raising your tired clichés yet again.
