if you've watched telstra's recent statements it's clear they will not bid unless given WRITTEN assurances by the government they will not be split into wholesale and retail groups
since the govt has received huge sums selling telstra in 3 stages they have no right to place conditions on telstra's bid.
what foreign group has the ability to fund this project?
conroy should stop playing with himself and get serious with telstra who are best positioned to build this network
