With all due respect some times I think there is no point in explaining things to people with your line of thought, I had one look at your other posts and historically you are not here for financial knowledge but for creating anarchy, I sense a strong tinge Marxism in your writing or even something (GREEEEN), but for what it is worth, here are some facts you should know well unless you choose to live in the dark once again.

- The government is not handing Telstra a monopoly, Telstra already dominant because the past government of the day did not dismantle it, the government then decided to sell it as is and intact and that how it should remain very much intact. That is how I bought it for the benefit of my kids and that is how I would like to keep it. How would you like to buy a car and a trailer then the state tell you that you can’t drive both together at the same time.
- The 4.7 support by the fed promised a year ago in the hip hop hype of an election is not worth the same any more, did you not know that the value of money has devalued around the world and your dollar is not worth as much anymore in comparison to other currencies. Therefore the 4.7 may well be significantly less now.
- Telstra does not terrorise anyone mate wake up it is a free county with free economy model like it is in most of the advanced nations around the world, any one could have put a proposition to build this network from anywhere around the world.
- I would certainly prefer the option of Telstra building their own, I agree they might have built half of it already, but with socialist idiots like Samuels you cannot operate a business.
