i agree with what you have said.
and i guess a possible acquirer needs to determine what their risk level is and forecast what the coal price could be.
the issue i think for any possible acquirer would be is, is the risk worth it for a mine that only has 9 years left in it and is it really worth the risk to buy a mine at the coal price peak.
