Coronado also flagged that they may move into thermal coal themselves.
An all scrip acquisition would essentially result in a significant amount of cashflow to be generated and would present essentially an annuity to an acquirer especially in an lending arena not interested in providing cash to the thermal coal market.
I would think if an offer came in around $1.30 then a takeover would be fairly quickly accepted.
