Reply to ASX stated on 28th Oct;
"We are not aware of any information that has not been announced that would explain this weeks rise in share price and trading volume"

On 29th Oct the full annual report which has greater information than that released 30th September had the following information;

"Efforts to attract a strategic investment partner to fund the proposed Coburn mine are proceeding well,
with seven companies currently reviewing the opportunity. Negotiations have started with two of these,
with the aim of concluding an agreement by the end of 2010."

I am of the belief that information on the negotiations are what triggered the rise in share price!
