If the SP dropped below 10c on high volume in the coming weeks then it is a cerainly a sell signal. This kind of speculation stock won't have a strong support when large institutions are getting out. (see shareholder activity list).

Maybe they deem this risk/reward proposition inadequate, or they feel the macro fundamentals supporting the commodity boom is going to change. So long as money is concerned, follow the smart money is more likely to protect your money.
