AlCp, you constantly question the viability of SJ, mainly based on your presumptive assessment.Traxys is prepared to put in US$10.5m (roughly Au$15m) to help bring SJ to production, and in return to obtain exclusive access to its ores. Do you honestly believe that you would do a better job in assessing SJ’s viability than a GROUP of professional across a VARIETY of disciplines.
Secondly, there are some fundamental flaws in the very tenet of your argument that, “AVQ choosing not to spend all those funds on SJ, says something about what they thinks of the viability at that tenement. When was the last time you settled a dispute with someone - a neighbour, a work associate, a business partner, or competitor; and you decided to settle without fighting all the way to the court? If the tenet of your arguments stands, I have to assume you were at fault or guilty because you chose not to fight all the way. Or, you never faced this kind of scenario, because you are just someone who would never settle even when you know you are wrong.
