    Well then AVQ would be in all sorts.

    For what it's worth, I don't see it falling over, but, potentially ridiculously good offer terms for trex.

    I say this, it seems the CR for 4.9m will be a fail.

    Avq needs cash and are in a desperate position.

    But time will tell....
