Let’s be patient and let the sophisticated market do it research into this arrangement. Time will tell and will be evidenced in the share price. If smart money says this is bona fide or not the SP will respond accordingly. 
From the info passed to shareholders in today’s announcement,  it shows many contradictions re the ‘mining work’ AVQ claims it has and is well underway with on San Joge today! These same works are said  to be achieved AFTER  this finance is cemented to bed! 
How the 1st ore  shipment date this March is going to be met is thought provoking as there is the 90 day period for this deal to be bedded down. Only then (according to AVQ)  can the plant, equipment etc be acquired to undertake these  same works!
