"business as usual" - that gives nobody ANY comfort. What is "business"? how about "as per usual"?

if they mean doing nothing apart from paying themselves directors fees and covering up past 'bad luck' then i suppose it's the most accurate announcement they've made :)

in all seriousness, and despite rrs and their ways, the election outcome wil now hopefully bring some stability over there, for the people of Puntland, not the snakes of range!!
