Ask yourself this question. Why is the tol currently on hold?? I'm a little confused myself, cause if a JR is allowed, then why wouldn't the hold persist given the decision on whether the JR is given is the reason it's on hold.
Makes me wonder. No JR no hold. And the opposite if a JR Is allowed.. Please answer my question if I'm wrong.
