As per the announcement on the 26th March which both DTG and KRB provided a feel good, joint announcement in which both parties;

'have now been negotiated and agreed to in principle and based on their estimation, the parties expect to have the SPA agreed and ready for execution in the next 14 days.'

Of course, we all recognise the ....... Issues that can arise when negotiating with our Chinese friends, but I hope this all settles soon enough.

A special dividend, given the sale of such a crucial asset, and because in this environment, high cash backings often mean little for the sp. we could all receive a tidy 8cps divi and still have 9cps cash backing. Go figure!!
