Anyway, this type of non-issue announcement is simply a red rag to a bull for shareholders. A nothing announcement for shareholders who have all reached their tolerance and patience with this joke of a company

My point is that you are making mountains out of simple regulatory SEC filings that have been made on this date in the past.
It is a sign that the company is complying with their normal Regulatory duties.

I personally think these delays in announcements are a good thing and allows more time for the company to deliver good news.
The share price is only drifting and causing no downtrend alarm and offers the chance to buy more at below cost prices.
In the companies silence -good things are happening behind the scene- ie production- contract negotiations and probably more.
We all know that the SP is not where we would like it to be and we would all like a proper update- but throwing multiple tantrums will not make it happen quicker.
I believe it will all work out to our advantage.
