Is the 1st of March deadline extendable again ?

Sorry if this topic has been covered elsewhere...

Just wondering if this thing can be extended again under any existing ASX rule
or does it mean a definite delisting ?

i.e. becomes a public unlisted company and possible
future re-listing only under another name or entity.

Could it be privatised and small shareholders compulsory bought out at the
1 cent issue price ?

Seems a shame after all these years and efforts to get Oakajee going... especially
with Gov't support !
