Eagle, in some countries, "stranger danger" is not good enough.. I hear that in some towns in Europe women are taught to not wear "sexy" clothing to not provoke men, "walk at more than an arm's length" from some men and preferebly don't go out after dark.
The world looks to be changing. It may seem or it could perhaps be that there is no better man to adopt these new types of classes in schools than one Billy Shorten.
