The starting point (today or 2019) is 35-40% if you read the articles. Let's work on BHP shares on issue in Australia only being 57% of the company - and apply the 35 - 40% holding of Australian super funds - would give + 20%.
Retail ownership is probably between 30 & 50% of Aus shares on issue so maybe add another 18 - 20% would give a more accurate figure.
I've made some assumptions so I won't quote a source.
