ASIC are chasing JK & ISX for disclosure issues, 15% and Visa. ASIC SOC will be thrown out regarding contracts - its all just padding. One of the contracts entered into processed over $35m GPTV, so who's to say that the others weren't entered in good faith. Customers do fall over!
ASX cannot differentiate between being the market operator and litigant. They can only wear one hat at a time it seems. Why aren't there dozens of Co's facing the wrath of ASX? Answer to that is how many other Co's are taking legal action against the ASX?
