Totally flawed logic and conclusion.
1. Just because you are not aware of something doesnt mean it has not happened, so that is no basis for logically making any conclusion. 2. If is has not already happened, it does not preclude the possibility of it happening if it is required. Just the threat of being able circumvent ASX’s sole discretion acts as a deterrent to abuse of power. Just as the apeal rights previously acted as a deterrent against abuse of power, however ASX itself chose to remove the appeal rights.
Take off your rose colored glasses supporting ASX and consider the situation based on the facts at hand.
