The fact that some posters on this forum believe that they can have any input into the actions of ASIC and/or ASX really indicates a lack of understanding of this industry.
Perhaps your time would be better spent focusing on one of the other hundreds of companies and consider a potential investment into them? Rather than creating your own "show trial" on this forum. You will always lose some and win some with investments, and you always have to be able to account for unknowns and outliers. If you invested more than 5% of your investment portfolio in ISX, then the joke is on you, and you are 100% to blame, not ASX or ASIC.
Don't you think the lawyers for ASIC and ASX were aware of any possible conflicts of interest (or lack thereof) before taking such serious action against an ASX listed company with a MCAP of over a AUD $1 billion?
