Interesting @hectorc74 that Graeme Samuel didn't even bother to attempt to get an explanation from JC - just left. Why? There could be many possible explanations:
- He didn't care if there was an explanation. He was for self-preservation - regardless.
- His vision for NSX was not the vision of the other directors and he hadn't succeeded to get others onside.
- NSX directors hadn't given him the power he wanted as quickly as he expected
- Something else.
- All of the above.
What is impressive to me is that not one of the ISX directors has run - they are right there alongside JK fighting. As a result, they are now going to be spending some of their time in Cyprus and some of their time in Australia. I couldn't think of anything more exciting and wonderful.
I missed out on going to Cyprus in any of my sails on the Mediterranian. Recently I did a bit more reading on this little island and it sounds idyllic - at least in the Greek part of the Island where the literacy rate is 98% (99.8% in the ages of 15 - 24 and the male and female literacy rates are relatively equal with 99.80 percent and 99.84 percent, respectively). And what a will! This little island won its independence from Britain and Turkey in the last century, so it is not averse or frightened to fight the "big guys". A fitting environment for ISXFEU and its management.
Is the ATO inept or is it corrupt in its pursuit of >$10m taxes from our ISX and ISXFEU CEO, John Karantzis?, page-8
