I think he could be extradited from Cyprus if required, so I am not sure that living there would help him avoid the ATO etc. Since ISX's main operations are in Europe, it probably makes sense for him to move there eventually. I doubt that after all that has transpired in the last few years, that he would want to stay in Australia (whether he is found to be innocent or guilty of any or all of the allegations).
