    Hi Guymoore785,

    No there are certain rules that all stocks on the Nasdaq must have an overall average volume traded of greater then 100,000. With GENE constantly trading around 60,000 to 70,000 shares per day.
    Eg. 71,463 today, this causes the overall average voloume to drop and therefore force action from the boys who constantly manipulate this stock.
