    "Gods ways are so different to man's ways."

    I assume an example of this idea might be ..
    "Isaiah 55:8
    For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways," declares the LORD."


    This would seem a self evident and reasonable assumption since Man could not possibly understand the thoughts and motives of the Creator of the Universe.

    In which case, could you comment on why it is that so many theists of all persuasions spend so much time in telling everyone else and themselves what God wants and what His motives are, except when this doesn't make any sense even to them .. in which case it becomes a "mystery" ?

    Can't use the Bible as "God's Word" claim, since even if that were true then the misunderstandings and often vehement differences over interpretations are just an example of the above Isaiah note.
