"(1) All you have to do is provide the scientific evidence and then we will all believe that absolutely nothing did all this, (2) that we are 100% inconsequential and that life is totally without purpose or consequence."

I agree with most of your post. My main exception to it is that although "(1) science cannot prove anything about God" , (2) does not necessarily follow.

Even if it were to be proven that God does not exist, it does not mean that we are inconsequential or that life is without purpose.
