''All you have to do is provide the scientific evidence and then we will all believe that absolutely nothing did all this, that we are 100% inconsequential and that life is totally without purpose or consequence.''

Meaning is relative to the individual and the species. Mosquito's care not for human life except as a source of food. Humans care not for the life of a Mosquito, happily killing them whenever it is needed.

Perhaps it is the proposition that a Higher Being cares as much about the life of a Mosquito as that of a Human.....otherwise all is relative.

If you feel that your life has meaning, you enjoy your time in existence, then is has meaning to you, you are enjoying whatever time you have. Somebody else may not be in such a fortunate position, feeling that life holds no meaning, craving death, actively seeking oblivion.

It's not something that has positive proof. It is the absence of evidence for a Creator, the absence of evidence that does not justify a belief/conviction in the existence of a Creator.

If evidence for the existence of a Creator is absent, as it happens to be, one cannot justifiable make a positive claim, it cannot be said that a Creator must exist .

It is not a justified for the reasons given

The best thing you can say is: we do not know.

Meanwhile, the Universe appears to be self sustaining and self evolving on the basis of the nature and attributes of Matter/Energy itself and not some non detectable Orchestrator.
