Depends on the terms of the current Farmout agreement with ENI, which we do not know. I would expect a non takeover condition during, and for a term upon ending of the agreement. So ENI walking is a big risk to ENI plans of takeover. I think theres too much at stake for this to occur. ENI would not be the only major interested in MEO assets. Why no takeover before now, MEO market cap $50m or $150m is chump change for these types, and theres been plenty of opportunity before now. Not convinced.
