Do you have any specific reasons to believe a funding solution is on the horizon in the next few weeks?

I think the reason the Glencore deal hasn’t been officially called off yet might be because there aren’t any other interested buyers in Argentina. Since the export license is still just speculation, I wouldn’t count on that either.

So, who will provide the funds? Other than a joint venture partner, I’m not sure there are many options.

Selling an asset, whether it’s Candelas or Greenbushes South (which seems like a duster at this point), is unlikely to generate the necessary funds given the current market conditions.

What makes you think a solution is around the corner?

From where I stand, it seems more likely that there will be more opportunities to average down as the price could drop below 10c soon, possibly even this week. As I’m typing this, it’s down another 7% to 12c… just one or two more rough days and it could hit 10c.
