As it stands today:
1) Galan can only sell Stage 1 to Glencore.
2) Galan is limited to selling their product locally in Argentina.

If these restrictions are lifted, we could consider an offtake agreement with China.

But how long will that take? The export license is still pure speculation. While one level of government has agreed to it in principle, there’s still a lot more that needs to happen for it to come to fruition. And how will the company sustain itself in the meantime?

And by the way, this export license is contingent on building a processing plant. Will the Chinese be on board with that?
