and the HUI, GDX and GDXJ were all up by 7% this morning as a result of a big push in the last hour of trading on the NYSE.

Will we get a similar rise here in OZ? My bet is that it will be much less, say 3% at most on average across our goldies. That would still be an excellent move.

The AUD POG has fallen below 1700 as a result of a strengthening AUD, while the USD POG is 1746.

This latest move in the US listed goldies makes it clear why we need a resolution of the Euro crisis for the health of our markets and goldies.
