Glad you posted that Santo1 as I could not understand where Annemc was looking to get the $25/acre prices. No offence Annemc and I do appreciate everyones input here, as differing POVs are always best. But part of me is wondering if you have an agenda here to quote $25/acre prices, amongst other negative points that are a matter of opinion. If you look at the maps of tenements you will see ETEs is among the best in the Niobrara. IIRC, indepedentant experts claim it to be on a par, if not better than SSNs.
I am peed off to see the SP fall to 11c, but I can't ontrol that.
