I just hate sitting on the fence with "NONE". That's not me.
But, that name calling has been repeated to me by quite a few others. Silly.
Silly to not be recieving $350 per night and leaving it vacant occasionally.
But, never "fool". Actually looking for offsets for what looks like an ugly return this year.
P.S. I'm backing the Lithium-Ion Bull!! Great each way betting. Offset, or, more tax.
So, I'm leaving it as "None" and just doing my own thing.
