A Solution for their Capex problem. Brine pumped manually into ducky which passes through an ion exchange membrane. When ducky is full it gets taken off line automatically for internal flushing with Acid to liberate the lithium. Those who pedal faster get their ride fee returned. Win Win all round. How many would they need. Feasibility study required.
