Major roadblocks:
1. Power,
2. Partnership with Lilac.
Lilac still waiting for validation by a 3rd Party for their outstanding 5%.
It’s too late to axe them, cause they own 20% of Kachi already.
This is as big a mess, as their USA lease agreements.
