I think that there are unanswered questions on electric cars that, at any rate, I have not seen answers.
Some of these are:
How is the extra electricity generated to charge electric cars achieved?
What do replacement batteries cost, and how often do they need to be replaced?
If I don't want to wait overnight to charge the batteries, how long do I have to wait?
Do batteries pose a fire risk?
What is the source of materials to make batteries, and does it not at least initially have to be mined?
Is there an environmental impact in producing and discarding batteries?
Are the materials for batteries not rare enough to pose a problem?
