If a strategic partner never eventuates, nothing will come of it. Nor would it likely be a breach of the listing rules or Corps Act (in my opinion). It was just a thought: situations change, shit happens etc. It could very well eventuate.
Words are very important when it comes to enforcing the law. Lake have constantly been very careful about the words they choose...
