    Correct me if I'm wrong folks, RHG is currently capitalized at around $300mil.

    If they sell their business to WBC for $140 and lets say return it to shareholders, they will have simply a listed vehicle with nothing and a market cap of $160mil.

    Is this correct??? If it is, this thing is worth much much lower than where it stands now!!!
