All the ingredients were (and still are) there.....high board and KMP buy-in, the originator hands-on and no doubt 'street smart' in this industry, extremely capital light, quality 'product', growth aspirations seemingly not overdone......and a ridiculously cheap multiple. Not surprising starting to get recognition. A bit of comparing apple with banana, but some similarity to LYL.
