Boris, you do have a point. It is running down to the wire.

It smacks of immature mgt (and GolfR's recent concerns are resonating with me). I've said previously the first rule for competent mgt is to "under promise and over deliver" so over-delivering is having something sorted about June this year, which obviously hasn't happened.

Dealing with large companies, when you are not one, means that they (pharma) have all the aces. Until you get the foot in the door that is, when as any good contractor would know, it is the time to 'kill the pig'. I'm expecting that the selling pressure (albeit light) will continue until some sort of announcement is made. $140K worth of shares that has changed hands today isn't really very significant on no news. Either someone is baling out (for reasons of their own) or it's a transfer of shares between different accounts (with the same owner) in the hope that someone sells theirs and they can accumulate more. Who knows?

By the way you don't actually need SUD technology to get some oro-mucosal benefit from something. Here's a tip (and it depends on whether the 'active ingredient' is a polar or non-polar substance). For example, a way to give yourself a liver cleanse is to soak milk thistle seeds (or powder) in vodka (about a 1:1.5 ratio) for about 3-5 days. Swirl around a 5-10 drops of the product in your mouth for a few minutes every morning to by-pass the gastro-intestinal breakdown and get the active ingredients (flavonolignan complexes) in to the circulatory system. It's not approved by the (Australian) TGA or the (US) FDA .

It's very simple technology that needs to be commercialised. It hasn't been yet.
