Not sure how any deal could be considered "just average"

Lets say they sign a deal for SUD002 (the most clinically advanced of the SUD001-005 range) and that was for a smallish $5m upfront, $30m in milestones, and a 10% royalty. (disclaimer: all numbers are made up and I have no idea about anything)

Would you consider that an average deal?

Many would..

But if such a deal were to take place it would in an instant double the company's cash balance and validate the whole business model and send a signal to all the other 110 parties the company has met with that these guys have the ability to execute deals.

It would change not only the view of the company by the prospective partners but it would also change the financial markets view of the company and would result in a new class of investor looking at SUDA and eventually lead to broker coverage which will further promote the company.

I would consider all of that a watershed and positive moment in the evolution of SUDA and expect that would be a positive catalyst for the share price.

And that is based on what many would consider just an "average" deal!
